The staff of Keating Aviation Consulting, LLC has significant experience in the aviation industry.
Our team consists of retired FAA inspectors and aviation industry professionals. Our personnel support clients with services including in-depth aircraft accident investigation, aviation-related litigation, air carrier certification, and aviation film consulting.
Since our founding in 2004, Keating Aviation Consulting, LLC has successfully:
- Assisted council in aviation litigation: wrongful-death, liability, contract disputes and accident investigation
- Facilitated the issuance of initial FAR Part 135 Air Carrier Certificates and the upgrading of existing air carrier certificates
- Coordinated availability and supervised usage of aviation equipment and consulted with directors for a short aviation film
- Arranged access to aviation equipment and consulted with directors for a short aviation film
FAA Air Carrier Certification – We serve as your personal consultant from start to finish, regardless how long it takes. As your consultants, we develop, amend and finalize documents and manuals for FAA approval.
Air Crash / Accident Investigation – Our investigation will identify all issues contributing to an accident. We focus on human factors, such as individual behavioral traits, peer pressure, training, management, written and unwritten policies and procedures and expected performance.
Aviation Litigation Services – Complex aviation litigation requires a broad knowledge of aviation regulation intricacies and applications, human behavior and decision-making. Our consultants are experienced researchers, able to locate information critical to our client’s case. We work effectively within the time constraints characteristic of the litigation process and focus on factors applicable to client’s case.
